Lets get straight to the point, people struggle to lose weight either because they are lazy and always say they never have the time to spend 20 minutes to exercise, or they are given the wrong exercises which wastes their time and sheds no weight off.
Okay, here are a few exercises you can basically start doing as soon as you read this article finish.
EXERCISE 1- You can start off by walking or jogging around your neighbourhood. Put your joggers on and either walk around the block, or jog around your block for at least 30 minutes. I say 30 minutes because they recommend you spend this amount of time everyday to keep healthy and active. As you go on, test yourself and set goals for yourself. If you think 30 minutes is to less, then maybe 45 minutes or an hour. Up your speed week by week as well. Before you know it you’ll be sprinting.
EXERCISE 2- The next exercise is not an exercise, but more of a tip if you need help to lose weight fast. Basically before your meals you can drink one or two glasses of water, this way your stomach is already full and you won’t be able to eat as much. You’ll notice the difference. Try to keep healthy also by eating healthy meals which doesn’t produce fat.
EXERCISE 3- Finally, another exercise or activity you can participate in is going to the gym. The gym has many things you can participate in which you can shed plenty of weight and also gain muscle at the same time. For example, you might set a different workout everyday for different parts of your body. You can do cardio one day, then the next day you can do some weights. This way you are balancing out your workouts and thus less strain on the same muscle.
