Everybody has a different metabolism and body type so remember some people will lose weight faster than others. Some people may lose  2-3 kilos in the first week and then nothing for 2 weeks while other people may lose nothing for 2-3 weeks and then lose 3-4 kilos in the 3-4th week so results are not consistent. Being patient, disciplined and consistent will see guaranteed results. Losing 2-4 kg over a 4 week period should be considered very good progress although some people can lose alot more weight than this depending on how much weight you need to lose.

I am Lactose Intolerant – Can I still do this Program ?
