2 Years Ago I weighed over 90 KG  ! 

It’s true! I was overweight, out of shape, and absolutely miserable. I was embarrassed to go to the park or the beach, and I didn’t even want to leave the house to go to the grocery store on most days!

I must have tried practically every diet on the planet. I spent alot of money on diet pills, supplements, books, videos, and bizarre contraptions that claimed they could help me lose weight while I was sleeping or watching television.

Nothing worked…

I even joined one of those popular weight loss programs where I had to go to meetings and buy their proprietary foods that cost an arm and a leg. It didn’t work!

Sure, I’d lose a little weight sometimes. Usually I’d end up dropping maybe 5 or 6 kilos before I either stalled or I just gave up because I was so miserable.

Let’s face it. Dieting is hard! Not only do you spend most of the day hungry and weak, but the food you usually have to eat is boring, bland, and practically tasteless. I like food! I like food a bit too much, which is how I gained so much weight in the first place.

Whenever I would try a diet that made me severely limit fat or calories, or that made me stop eating my favorite foods, eventually I would just give up. I couldn’t stick to it without cheating all the time, because I really love those foods!

Finally I decided I had had enough of it all !

I decided that the only way I was going to be able to lose weight once and for all was to change the way I was eating, but without giving up delicious, flavorful foods and substantial portions.

I knew there had to be a way…

I slowly began working on my own weight loss programs for losing weight. I began to piece together all of the information I’d learned in all of those books I read. I combined it with more education by studying a Diploma Of Nutrition at Australian College Of Natural Therapies In Foveaux St Sydney  and a pinch of common sense, and I put together a system that actually began to work!

It started off slowly. I hadn’t perfected the system, yet. I was losing about 1 or 2 kilos per week at first, but I was doing it without starving! And even better, I was still eating alot of my favorite foods!

I kept working on the system, and before long I was losing 2-3 kilos per week every week, and not starving myself.

It took me about a year to lose all of the weight I wanted to lose. I lost around 5 kg per month most months, but I lost a bit less during a few months like November and December. (By choice, because I wanted to enjoy the holidays.)

In total I lost 32.5kg and I have never felt better in my life!

A few months ago, a friend of mine from work was telling me that her daughter was having a lot of trouble losing weight. She knew I’d lost a tremendous amount of weight rather quickly, and she wanted to know how I did it.

I tried to explain my weight loss programs to her, but there was just too much information. She asked me if I’d send her an email with the details, and I said I would. That email took me several hours to write, and it eventually became the Lose Weight - No Diets- Just Smart Food Choices System!

After I sent her the email, I didn’t hear anything back about it for several weeks. Then one day at work my friend came up to me to tell me her daughter had already lost about 5 kgs. She was absolutely thrilled!

* Companies using athletes to promote foods as healthy when they are laden with sugar 
 
* Breakfast cereals that are promoted as healthy when have no nutritional value, are high in sugar and fuel your appetite one hour later which causes weight gain
 
* Confusing labels such as 100% fat free, cholesterol free and low fat when these products can actually be full of sugar and very high in calories
 
* Sports drinks marketed as healthy when they have more sugar and calories than can of coke .
 
* Diet products that are full of chemicals that could lead to cancer
 
* Meal replacement products which in short term will help you lose weight but ultimately put weight back on as its not realistic to drink your main meals ,its very unsociable for other people and it doesnt teach you about smart food choices
 
* People need to be educated the difference between eating healthy and eating to lose weight. You can eat healthy and still gain weight which confuses alot of people or you can make smart food choices and lose weight but its all about know being educated on best foods for weigth loss – not just healthy food choices

I wanted to thank you so much for the program . I have lost 8 kilos so far. I have to tell you when I first started I was skeptical for several reasons. First I, like of everyone else had tried alot of diets and NONE worked. I am sure you have heard this story so many times.
